fixes #494
adds hotkey commands to reopen current tab in another container:
reopen_in_default_container: reopen in the default containerreopen_in_container_0..reopen_in_container_9: reopen in the first..tenth container, in the same order as the container list (Containers.sortContainers).They act on the currently selected or the active tab. We need this implemented on sidebery side, instead of the multi-account extension so that it would respect sidebery tab order.
