These instructions are default preferences. You can customize all. (But the current version is not customizable yet, sorry.)
Mouse Operations
Three mouse buttons are assigned:
Left button to favorite / un-favorite
Right button to RT / undo RT
Middle button to select a status
Keyboard Operations
While you press down the left Ctrl key, FavCas enters Mouseover-Fav mode and your mouse cursor is changed to cross style. You can favorite tweets by mouse hovering in this mode!
