Wrong media is being triggered

Hi there. I have been using Plex Assistant with my Home Assistant server for some time now. I use Google Voice via IFTTT, and also scripting commands using HA Automations which is text and is the same each time. Up until about a week ago, this has worked flawlessly without any issues.

Recently it has stopped working and plays something completlty unrelated. For example, I have a script that plays a plex playlist for kids movies, before now, it has been working, now everytime it runs, Outlander S01E01 starts playing.

I have another command that plays the movie Toy Story, and now when it runs, the TV Show 911: Lone Star starts playing.

I'm running;
Plex Assistant ver 1.1.9
Home Assistant ver 2022.4.5
Plex ver 4.79.4

There are no errors in the logs since it is playing something, hence its working.
Plex Assistant was installed using HACS
HA Plex integration works perfectly
