segmentor

The project comprehends:

1. TIMIT corpus segmentation frame by frame;
2. feature extracting per each frame;
3. frame labeling;
4. a BLSTM neural network for automatic frame labeling.

This could be used for further vowel detection, therefore automatic syllable segmentation.
