Release preparation

bumps @16-bits-design/ui from 0.1.0 to 0.2.0
adds a changelog for the new components, theme token, fidelity work, and CSS specificity fix
does not publish, tag, or create a GitHub release

Verification

pnpm check passed on Node 24.13.1
25 tests passed
all 22 public exports verified for @16-bits-design/ui@0.2.0
production Storybook build passed
pnpm pack produced 16-bits-design-ui-0.2.0.tgz with ESM, CommonJS, declarations, styles, and bundled fonts
