Explanation Some objects, such as scanned text documents, have their own titles we can use, but if not, we think up a simple, descriptive title that conveys what,the work is about. Omit initial articles. Be succinct where possible, depending on the format of the item. Complex items might require longer titles. If you have multiple items in the same collection with the same title, distinguish by numbering them.
