The build script was still pinning FFmpeg to 9.0.1, leaving the default bundled release behind the current upstream patch and out of sync with the project’s release metadata. This updates the default build to FFmpeg 9.0.2 and bumps the script version so the release metadata remains consistent.

  • Key changes

    • Pin the default FFmpeg build to 9.0.2 and refresh the verified tag-archive checksum.
    • Bump the script release to 9.0.10 to match the updated bundled FFmpeg release.
    • Update the CLI help text and README examples so the documented default version matches the shipped behavior.
  • Files touched

    • src/00-header.sh: updated FFMPEG_VERSION and SCRIPT_VERSION
    • src/10-versions.sh: replaced the FFmpeg SHA256 for the 9.0.2 archive
    • src/40-cli.sh: refreshed usage text and validation examples
    • README.md: aligned documented default version references
