Some tools are available to plot model output on its native mesh. To use these, you need to install Miniforge3 and run:
conda env create -f environment.yml
conda install -n base -c conda-forge conda-libmamba-solver
conda config --set solver libmamba
conda activate upsy
python -m pip install -e . --no-deps --no-build-isolation
