UNI2 embedding extraction

Are there any plans to integrate support for extracting embeddings using UNI2 directly within CLAM?

Hi @FrancescaMiccolis, you can refer to our new repo: https://github.com/mahmoodlab/TRIDENT. It supports UNI2, as well as 20+ patch encoders.
