mjbase #112 删除 ZipUtil 与解包接线后 lib 零 archive 符号，mjt 侧的 add_requires、本地覆盖包（mjt-repo）与文档清单失去消费方，随之摘除； mjbase 定版 72cc5d7 → 9b34b34。zlib 保留，libjzip 传递需要。

现状：mjt 仍携带 libarchive 接线（根 xmake.lua 的 add_requires 3.8.8、本地覆盖包 mjt-repo、CI 头注与文档清单），mjbase 定版钉 72cc5d7。
为什么不够：mjbase #112 已删除 ZipUtil/extractArchiveTo/writeEntryToDisk，lib 库零 archive 符号；mjt 侧接线只剩满足旧 mjbase 死符号的作用，没有在用消费方（AGENTS.md「加依赖前的判断」：没有消费方的依赖不进仓）。
这次改成了什么：摘除 mjt 全部 libarchive 接线——根 xmake.lua 的 add_requires 与 add_repositories("mjt-repo xmake/repo")、xmake/repo 本地覆盖包整删，AGENTS.md / README.md / README.zh-CN.md / RFC 0001 的清单与括注同步；mjbase 定版 72cc5d7 → 9b34b34（全 SHA 9b34b34cc9cba50b2a9e810d1b1387badc8a9d9b，三处 checkout ref）。zlib 保留（libjzip 传递需要），其余包零改动。
证据（delete-then-rebuild：rm mjt_mcp_unittest.exe → xmake -r mjt_mcp_unittest）：
xmake build mjt-mcp：build ok，摘 archive 后产品 target 链接通过。
