luiox-repo 直连包升级：消费 pin 0.1.0→0.1.1，行上 libca env 模块注释 版本描述同步（0.1.0 所需→0.1.1 所需）。上游无接口变更，requireconfs 嵌套 libca 钉定不变。 验证：mjt_mcp_unittest 120 绿（+1 既有环境门控跳过）、 libjdk_finder_unittest 5 绿，两目标均过 rm+rebuild 重建门。

luiox-repo 直连包例行升级，无接口变更：
xmake.lua消费 pinlibjdk_finder 0.1.0→0.1.1。requireconfs 嵌套 libca 钉定不变。
.github/workflows/无 libjdk_finder 版本引用，无需对齐。上游变更面：厂商嵌套布局漏扫修复 + vcvarsall UTF-8 转码（Windows 收益直接）。
测试
xmake f -y --with_tests=y配置期 0.1.1 安装 ok。mjt_mcp_unittest：120 通过 / 1 既有环境门控跳过，零失败。libjdk_finder_unittest：5 通过。xmake -r）。
