RFC 0002 B8 执行注记逐项落账（8.1–8.7 对应 mjbase PR #69–#74 与 libjbc PR #12–#15）；B7 注记补「闭包兜底已兑现摘除」（PR #22/#23）。 libjbc 0.4.19→0.4.20（cp_resolve，PR #14/#15；内联定义补条目与中心仓 并存同步写入）；ci.yml mjbase ref → 9d78607（#72/#73/#74 递进头）。 回归（delete-then-rebuild）：mjt_mcp_unittest / mjt_pysdk_unittest 44 / libjhasm_unittest 36+1skip / libjdk_finder_unittest 5 / embedtest all green / mjt-mcp 构建过。
