Follow up the browser cleanup in dezoomify#972: stop handing legacy PFF servlet, Micr.io callback, and Mnesys URLs to a hosted app that no longer supports them.
Modern Micr.io remains detectable through its IIIF requests. Hungaricana remains active. The tests explicitly reject all three retired URL shapes.
This PR is stacked on #79 so the recognizers are testable without duplicating its extraction.
Verified with:
npm test: all URL assertions passed and TypeScript checking succeedednpm run build
