Restores the animated dashboard preview as a versioned repository asset and documents the project's actual MudBlazor usage.
The obsolete operating-system download screen remains out of the README because those downloadable ZIPs are no longer part of the project.
Validated with a warning-free Release build, 7 passing tests and
git diff --check.
