Reject SRIDs in the WKT Strategy

As a developer using the WKT Strategy,
I want it to reject input containing an SRID detected by the Lexer,
so that I receive a clear error instead of an incorrect or incomplete decode.

Context

The Lexer can detect an SRID in WKT input. The WKT Strategy does not support SRIDs, so it must report this limitation explicitly.

Acceptance Criteria

• When the Lexer detects an SRID, the WKT Strategy throws an InvalidArgumentException.
• The exception message contains exactly: WKT Strategy does not support SRID. Please use the Extended WKT Strategy.
• Input containing an SRID is not decoded as though it did not contain one.
