This should cover:
- Creating an account on Dreamhost and selecting a plan
- Setting up FTP and database users
- Logging in via SSH and adding an SSH key into authorized_keys
- Installing composer remotely
- Setting up git hooks
- Setting up the remote connection in SourceGit and pushing the code
