Summary

Adds first-class extension-bridge installation for macOS and Linux while keeping the Windows path unchanged.

• New scripts/install-edge-bridge.mjs: resolves the host RID, downloads/verifies the release host, installs it under ~/.raw/edge-bridge/current/, preserves bridge tokens, and writes the Chrome/Edge Native Messaging manifests. On Windows it delegates to install-edge-bridge.ps1.
• Release workflow now publishes linux-x64, linux-arm64, osx-x64 and osx-arm64 hosts alongside win-x64, with one SHA256SUMS.txt.
• CI adds a bridge-host-posix job on Ubuntu and macOS: publish single-file host, native-host smoke, then a real installer pass into a disposable home.
• Browser discovery adds Chrome Beta/Canary, Chromium, Edge Beta/Dev/Canary, /opt and snap Chromium paths.
• Docs, changelog, version (0.7.0) and social card updated.

• Real Chrome/Edge extension handshake on a physical Mac

Notes

• WSL caveat: a host installed in WSL cannot drive a Windows Chrome. Use the Windows installer for the Windows browser, or install a Linux Chrome/Edge in WSL (with WSLg) and use the Linux installer there. Snap/Flatpak-confined browsers are documented as unsupported.
• Version is prepared as 0.7.0 so the release workflow can attach the new host assets; no tag or npm publish is included in this PR.
