Summary

  • Add a "Commits & PRs" section to AGENTS.md: Conventional Commits required, no agent attribution footers, commits must be signed
  • Add CLAUDE.md pointing to AGENTS.md so Claude Code picks up the same guidance

Test plan

  • Reviewed AGENTS.md renders correctly with the new section
  • Confirmed CLAUDE.md references AGENTS.md
