- Fix a memory leak with Dual Kawase effect.
- Optimize Dual Kawase effect by caching the shaders and removing unnecessary listeners.
- Fix cases where title bar blurring leaves a 3px title bar blur actor in cases where the title bar height can not be calculated.
- Fix Expo monkey patching so that disabling then re-enabling Expo burring does not cause a Cinnamon keyboard and mouse lockout.
