need for hints refresh

No idea why, but in my mature Nvim install (vimfiles), after a while the hints regularly lose their discreteness and get duplicated. this happens even with just a few buffer open. I've not seen it in a reduced testing installation, but then it only ever appears after a while. Would be useful to have some kind of refresh command, to re-associate all of the hints with the open buffers. Re-requiring the package doesn't do it.

This has never happened to me, but I don't actually use snipe.nvim anymore. If you don't need all the features of snipe.nvim, you could try https://github.com/leath-dub/bufs.nvim - this is what I use nowadays as I really only need to buffer list with tags.

I am not sure I agree with the need for a refresh, ideally we would just fix the root problem.
