…ry recovery (#241) While an attempt is publishing or held in recovery, telemetry's control.recovery carries the publication progress (comment confirmed, pull request) and workspace-dirty state the lifecycle itself last observed, instead of 'not known yet'. The telemetry path still makes no tracker, publisher, or workspace calls: the values are remembered during publication, recovery, and startup reconciliation, and stay null until something is observed in this process. agentctl status keeps its live GitHub lookups and gains the same workspace_dirty field computed live, so the two sections cannot drift.
