…rd, stronger shape test - TelemetryReporter.snapshot reads the control section before consuming a sequence number, so failed builds do not consume one. - _reply_telemetry answers snapshot_failed (with rate-limited telemetry_failed event) when the snapshot is not JSON-serialisable, instead of escaping to the generic handler path. - Shape test pins the intentional tracer divergences from the populated example; new tests cover the sequence gap and the unserialisable reply.
