agent: Cheaper token handoff: supply git state, finish in one Write + one Bash - #208

Conversation
The snapshot-carrying token soft-threshold follow-up kept the legacy
'commit any outstanding work' sentence, directly contradicting step 2
('Do not commit work yourself'). The snapshot variant now says to leave
uncommitted work alone; legacy wording without a snapshot is unchanged.
Adds regression assertions and fixes an F541 f-string lint.
