CI failure: Homebrew/actions@master no longer resolves in smoke.yml

Summary

Smoke Test CI fails at the Set up job step (job: Linters) on docs/zsh-equals-expansion (PR #424, run 34968502355, commit 3ae1745).

Error

##[error]Unable to resolve action `homebrew/actions@master`, unable to find version `master`

Root cause

The Homebrew/actions repository renamed its default branch from master to main. Workflows pinning Homebrew/actions/setup-homebrew@master can no longer resolve the ref and fail during job setup, before any real work runs. This is unrelated to the branch's doc changes. Note .github/workflows/benchmarks.yml already uses @main.

Fix

In .github/workflows/smoke.yml, change both occurrences (currently lines 31 and 57):

+        uses: Homebrew/actions/setup-homebrew@main

Why this needs a maintainer

The auto-fix bot prepared this exact change but the push was rejected:

refusing to allow a GitHub App to create or update workflow `.github/workflows/smoke.yml` without `workflows` permission

The GitHub App token used by the auto-fixer lacks the workflows permission, so it cannot modify files under .github/workflows/. A maintainer (or a token with workflows scope) must apply and push the change.

Other affected workflows (same root cause, separate runs)

The same broken @master ref exists in:

• .github/workflows/sbom.yml:30
• .github/workflows/coverage.yml:29
• .github/workflows/claude.yml:71

Consider updating these to @main as well.

Duplicate of #414. Fixed by #430 (43fd03d), which changes all five Homebrew/actions/setup-homebrew@master references to @main (smoke.yml Linters and Build jobs, coverage.yml, sbom.yml, claude.yml). Setup Homebrew passes on main at be2fd3b: https://github.com/laurigates/dotfiles/actions/runs/35738657555. Pinning the ref to a release SHA is tracked in #416.
