Transcribed Multicam Clip with dialogue showing up blank on re-import to FCP

I have several Multicam clips that have dialogue on them that are transcribed with searchable ranges. When I send them to Scriptstar and round trip them back into FCP they come in with one favorite only without all the transcribed dialogue. I've tried to retranscribe them in Script Star as well but they get the same results. Other multi cams in this same project with the same audio setup are working as expected so I'm trying to figure out what's unique about this Event and these clips that are causing the issues.

Sorry you're having problems, but thanks for letting us know.

The first thing to try is to check that the correct audio angle is chosen in the Inspector. In the Info tab, in the Basic, General or Extended metadata sets, you can see the Active Audio Angle, which should be the one being used for transcription. If this is set to a track with very little audio then it might cause the failure.

If that's set correctly, we'd be happy to diagnose. Could you please send a library with a single Multicam Clip (including media) that's failing, so we can reproduce and fix the issue?

Hi Iain,

I had 4 tracks selected in the audio angles and the 4th track had no discernible audio. Unchecking that one fixed the issue, thank you for the assistance!
