Format against the shared Pint config - #10

Conversation
pint.json had 24 variants across 54 files. The config now lives once in laranail/package-tools and is consumed with --config from vendor/, so there is no local copy left to drift. Mechanical reformat, no behavioural change; the suite was run before and after. Where lint was defined as a bare pint invocation it is repaired too: that FIXES files rather than checking them, so it exited 0 unconditionally and the package believed it was linted when it was not.
