- docs: drop badges that assert something untrue
- docs: write the badge note without an em-dash
The org shipping checklist bans em-dashes outright, and one repository enforces it in CI, which is the only reason this was noticed at all: the note this effort added carried one into 45 READMEs and 44 of them merged green. A colon rather than a comma, because the clause after it explains the clause before it.
