Replaces #27 with a docs-only commit.
#27 also added scanner markers on the lines holding Google's published reCAPTCHA test keys. The GitGuardian GitHub App does not read those markers, so editing those lines raised incident 36063431 on a key that is public by design. This PR leaves those lines alone. The test secret is already covered by
ignored_matchesin.gitguardian.yamlfor ggshield.
