The org policy is weekly, Monday 06:00 America/New_York, one grouped pull request per ecosystem for minor and patch. Daily schedules opened a pull request and a CI run per dependency per day.

Dependabot ran daily, which opened a PR and a CI run for each dependency every day. The org policy is weekly, Monday 06:00 America/New_York, with minor and patch updates grouped into one PR per ecosystem. Majors stay ungrouped so each one gets its own review.
