HongGuo 独立启用时遗漏两个穿山甲 DSP 域和 log3/5 等上报请求。本次新增三条有上游依据的规则，并记录其他 GitHub 来源的文件更新时间、许可与采用边界。
DOMAIN-SUFFIX,pangolin-dsp-toutiao.com,REJECT与DOMAIN-SUFFIX,pangolin-dsp-toutiao-b.com,REJECT。DOMAIN-WILDCARD,log*-applog.fqnovel.com,REJECT，收窄 hongguo-lite 的宽泛关键词。验证：GitHub Actions Ubuntu / CPython 3.13.17 的 Dependency validation 已在精确 head 2ac7f27 通过：tools/tests 97 项、.github/scripts 16 项、compileall、固定 Mihomo v1.19.33 的 SHA256 校验与 MRS 编译均成功。本地 git diff --check 通过；Windows 本地仅既有 Bash 测试因未找到 bash 报错，其余通过。CI：https://github.com/laincat/Rules/actions/runs/40660078876 。未做 Surge 内核或设备播放测试；广告和上报拦截仍可能影响金币/奖励入口。
