Adds Sle2p/AniCh to the generated AltStore source and automatic upstream release tracking. The official unsigned IPA reports app.anich, version 1.5.27 (build 1), iOS 12.0+, and 41,226,765 bytes.
Regenerates apps.json and metadata caches, updates the README, and raises both CI and publication count gates to 17 apps. Existing apps, featured selections, and alphabetical source ordering are preserved.
Validation: 32 source tests, 16 automation tests, source schema/identity validation, SideStore and LiveContainer simulations, Python compilation, and git diff --check all pass. Official release-tag icon is reachable; IPA metadata was read directly from the package.
