Verify Android 1.8.25 and record production release

Expo v2 0.2.5 changed its JNI promise return type, leaving the release verifier with an outdated assertion. Update the exact contract to PromiseHandle and require the two new native resolver methods while retaining all prior stripping checks.

The signed 1.8.25/code107 AAB passed the corrected artifact check, five synthetic negative controls and independent review. Actual installed-byte, startup and analytics-off restart checks passed on 4 KB and 16 KB devices; restricted catalog/detail/local-watchlist persistence passed on 4 KB. Account, billing, ads, YouTube, providers and production crash-health coverage remain unverified. Application bytes were unchanged by this verifier correction.

Expo submission c41b8840-7c59-4435-a392-819fc1803ba1 succeeded. Google Play now confirms 1.8.25 (code 107) available at 100% across 171 configured regions, with the exact tested AAB hash. Record this and the previous 1.8.23 availability in the shipped-runtime ledger. The evidence explains the interrupted session, lost temporary raw QA files and fresh recovered server/static verification.

Strict OpenSpec validation passes. Required CI and final exact-commit review must pass before merge. Final documentation integration, automatic web publication and branch cleanup remain tracked under task 3.3.

• Main CI, EAS Hosting, and GitHub Pages all succeeded on that exact source. After publication, both live homepages and all 13 referenced same-origin startup assets per target returned HTTP 200. Hosting's page/catalog preflight passed 5/5. Rendered exports passed CI; earlier live browser startup checks cover the unchanged application behavior. Full post-consent Pages/provider/purchase journeys remain unverified.
• Expo submission finished successfully. Authenticated Google Play Console confirms 1.8.25 (107) Available on Google Play, 100% across all 171 configured regions, released October 16 at 22:47 IST. The Play bundle SHA-256 matches the exact tested AAB: 8042040478b26b2f12a9665059f803836c05296b5d91bb6435941ee57ddb9488.
• Bounded artifact/device validation and its unexecuted journeys are recorded in the release evidence. Recovery after the interrupted session restored server/static evidence; it did not recreate the lost raw device QA files or represent a new device test. Production crash recovery remains unverified.
• The primary checkout is clean on current main. The completed local and remote task branch was removed after identical-tree verification and a verified private recovery bundle. Task-owned QA devices, AVDs, proxy and temporary test key were cleaned up. The unfinished Compose migration worktree/branch is deliberately retained.

OpenSpec task 3.3 is operationally complete after the earlier committed snapshot. This comment is the later CI/CD/cleanup completion receipt. The unchecked box and archival are deferred bookkeeping: reconcile them with this receipt during the next routine documentation update, then archive with strict validation.
