Add Search Functionality to All Pages for Easier Resource Discovery

I propose adding a search functionality to all relevant pages in the KubeEdge Dashboard. This feature would allow users to filter and locate resources more efficiently.

Why is this needed?

1、Improved Usability: Searching enables users to quickly find the resources they need, reducing time spent navigating through long lists.
2、Better Efficiency: Users can interact with the dashboard more effectively, especially when managing a large number of resources.
