- Add policy-reference/environment_policy.mdx with full YAML specification, expression language reference, and editor validation instructions - Move schema from schemas/policy.json to schemas/policy/v1.json so the _schema URL can serve as both version identifier and fetchable resource - Add redirect from /schemas/policy/v1 to /schemas/policy/v1.json - Register new page in navigation under Policy Reference

Restore provenance, trail-compliance, attestations, and exceptions sections to the policies guide so users don't need to leave the getting-started flow. Update all _schema references from kosli.com/schemas/policy/environment/v1 to kosli.mintlify.app/schemas/policy/v1.
