## Summary - Changelog workflow now checks for **new tags/releases** instead of merged PRs, preventing unreleased features from appearing in the changelog (addresses feedback on #121) - Terraform reference doc updates split into a **separate workflow**, keeping PRs focused and reviewable - Both workflows run on the same Monday morning schedule and are tag-driven
