The devcontainer build has been failing. Debian 11 (bullseye) reached end of life, and its security packages were removed from deb.debian.org. The Go feature's apt-get install now gets 404s and exits with code 100.
Changes
Base image: devcontainers/base:bullseye → bookworm
Go feature: 1.24 → 1.27
Verification
devcontainer up built with no errors. Inside the container: go version reports go1.27.1, protoc is 22.0, protoc-gen-go is installed, and go build ./... succeeds.
Notes
go.mod still says go 1.24. That line sets the minimum Go version for anyone using the module, so this PR leaves it alone.
The cacheFrom image ghcr.io/kollalabs/protoc-gen-openapi:devcontainer is still built on bullseye. It needs to be rebuilt and pushed before it speeds up builds again.
