Summary

Treat a missing LLM response body as an empty summary instead of raising AttributeError.
Preserve the existing truncated-event fallback when the provider returns no text.
Add a regression test asserting that content=None does not persist a [Compression failed ...] message.

Fixes #121

Testing

Added regression coverage in tests/test_phase8.py.
Tests have not been executed in this environment; please rely on CI for runtime verification.
