Howdy, traveler. Hope my thesis has proven useful somehow!
My original goal for this was to be able to publish my code on GitHub to promote reproducibility. Unfortunately, that's a bigger ask of my current time and interests than I had anticipated it would be when I was younger.
That said, if you have need of the code, or would generally like to poke at it, I can still make that happen. I do have it backed up, just not here, and not in the form of a package (like I'd also hoped).
