Rebased replacement for PR #10's SECURITY.md hunk. The README hunks were superseded by upstream a5639bc (Uninstall restructure) and the fork's custom_provider line; the smoke.test.mjs hunk regressed the repaired suite (telemetry-marked fixtures, stricter proxy audit assertions) and is dropped. Rebase propre de la #10 sur main (4805c66). Ne conserve que le hunk SECURITY.md (formulation data-dirs + note 'This fork ships no telemetry' dans l'egress guard). Hunks README supersédés par le main actuel; hunk smoke.test.mjs abandonné (régression de la suite réparée en #11, probes '--json' validés par test isolé).
