Ship shakes after boarding from EVA

• Aftergoing on EVA, the ship (and camera) start shaking when I board a StationScience module I also can't quicksave since I get the "Cannot quicksave while moving over the surface" message, even though I'm in stable orbin around Kerbin.
• The ship and camera stop shaking if I disassemble the boarded StationScience module.
• This issue doesn't happen when I EVA/board a StationScience module while on the launch pad.
• This has happened on the TH-NKR and F-RRY modules.
• I'm running 1.1.3.

Any ideas for fixing this? Thanks

[EDIT] Using HyperEdit stops the shaking, even if I select the same altitude I'm already at. But doing another EVA/board in a StationScience module causes the shaking to return.
