Overview
Release 0.66.0 bumps the package and OpenAPI metadata (119 endpoints) and documents the feature in CHANGELOG.

The functional SDK change is a new client.organization resource with organization.limits: retrieve() on GET /org/limits and update() on PATCH /org/limits. Types OrgLimits, UpdateOrgLimitsRequest, and LimitUpdateParams expose the org concurrent session ceiling (read-only) and default_project_max_concurrent_sessions (set, clear with 0, or omit). This complements existing per-project limits under client.projects.limits.

Wiring adds Organization on the main Kernel client, exports, and api.md; generated tests for org limits are present but skipped.
