Adds a project entry for the unofficial Golf Canada Alexa skill — currently in development, targeting developer installation and localized testing this summer.

New file: src/content/projects/golf-canada-alexa/index.md

• Frontmatter: title, description, order: 3, GitHub link (no website — no public release yet)
• Body: two-paragraph write-up covering the Kotlin/JVM + AWS Lambda/SAM stack, OAuth proxy auth flow, available features (handicap lookup for self/friends, membership status, favourite courses), release status, and a link to docs/AVAILABLE_FEATURES.md for the full feature list
