Before: 设置页「关于」写死显示「v1.0.0（Windows MVP）」和「MIT License」。改了 pyproject 的版本号，界面上的版本也不会跟着变。
After: 版本号升到 1.1.0。设置页的版本和许可证在运行时从
pyproject.toml读取，现在显示 v1.1.0 和 Apache-2.0。How
core/version.py，直接用 tomllib 读取pyproject.toml。打包后的应用不是一个已安装的发行包，importlib.metadata取不到它；而pyproject.toml会随源码打进 app.zip（已在 v1.0.0 的 Windows 包里确认）。读取失败时显示「未知」。uv.lock跟着uv lock一起更新。验证：ruff 通过，pytest 42 项全绿。
