Summary

Temporary diagnostic build to identify slowness when DLP extensions (like Incydr) are active.

What it does

  • Logs timing for all chrome.* API calls to console with [DIAG] prefix
  • Covers: storage reads/writes, tab queries, focus/close, scripting

Usage

  1. Load extension from .output/chrome-mv3
  2. Open Service Worker DevTools (click "Service worker" link on extension card)
  3. Navigate in Zendesk and capture [DIAG] log lines
  4. Compare timing with/without Incydr

Note

This is a temporary diagnostic build. The instrumentation will be removed once the root cause is identified.
