Closes #83

As per previous discussion, design is the same as table mode; infinite support not yet added.

Walkthrough

The CLI accepts one or two targets. Comparison mode creates and polls linked measurements, records both IDs, and renders paired table output. It validates comparison flags and IP settings for each target. HTTP requests derive URL-specific values while preserving explicit overrides. History and share URLs use comma-separated measurement IDs. Commands, viewers, mocks, and tests support the comparison workflow.

Priority: ⬇️ Low

Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to c4f7a

While a comparison is in progress, limited table output can show target 2 without its paired target-1 location. Keep rows paired before merging.

Exercise the table-output prefix

Set ctx.TableOutputRows = 2 and expect the leading newline. OutputComparisonTable sets a positive row count before OutputShare, which writes that newline to ErrWriter. The current assertion still correctly tests comma-separated comparison IDs. Do not add the w.String() assertion for this path because OutputShare writes only through ErrWriter.

Optionally centralize the measurement ID separator rule.

Both sites currently use the same rule, and comparison tests cover both paths. Centralization would only reduce future drift.

reuse this centralized rule and keep the existing comparison behavior unchanged.

In `@cmd/ping_test.go`:
- Line 617: Update the test setup around NewRoot to retain the stderr writer,
then assert that the all-probes-failed execution produces no output on that
writer. Keep the existing NoError assertion, but add an explicit empty-output
assertion because ErrAllProbesFailed is converted to nil; do not alter the
separate output-error test.

In `@cmd/table_test.go`:
- Around line 537-543: Update
Test_HandleMeasurement_AllFailedOutcomesSucceedInFiniteModes so it tests
behavior at the finite viewer boundary rather than implying handleMeasurement
evaluates failed result statuses: either add a direct finite viewer test that
exercises all-failed results, or rename and adjust the existing test to describe
command-mode routing, removing the misleading status setup if it does not affect
the assertion.

In `@view/table_test.go`:
- Around line 885-886: Update limitTableRows so comparison rows remain atomic
when truncating output: round an odd data-row limit down to the nearest even
number, preserving complete T1/T2 pairs and preventing an orphan T2 row. Keep
the existing behavior unchanged for even limits and non-comparison output.

Can we also support target1, target2 and target1 target2 (where target2 !== 'from') ?
