Impact
Graphify persists labels by numeric community ID. A later deterministic recluster can move current codebase-document hubs while preserving labels on unrelated communities, so the required Graphify-first navigation surface misroutes contributors and can present obsolete authority.
Disposition
- Classification: tool defect / revalidate
- Current PR: must still ship with a correct freshly generated label map
- Owner: Uzel maintainers
- Target: Phase 1 tooling/replay readiness
- Revisit trigger: before the next semantic Graphify rebuild, or when Graphify gains stable community identities/remapping
Observable acceptance
After source/document changes and reclustering, a supported Graphify rebuild produces exactly one label per current community hub, no label remains attached to unrelated membership, codebase-document labels resolve to their actual document communities, and repeating an unchanged rebuild does not displace labels.
