Adds free SUPER_ADMIN-whitelisted agency Alert access independently of paid Agency billing, personal organization follows and verified email recipients, first-public job capture with no historical backfill, and bounded minute SendGrid delivery. Adds canonical employer classification filters to all job-feed paths. Build/lint and 790 targeted tests including real PostgreSQL passed. Publication-to-mail smoke used actual SQL and SendGrid sandbox validation (200); no real emails delivered. Migration scripts/sql/agency-alerts.sql must precede deployment. Org-admin and JobStash frontend follow this backend release.

Production rollout complete at middleware commit1dea923386f18a0c3aa7571369d3054396b2d717, healthy. Additive schema baselined51379 existing role identities; no partner approvals/follows/deliveries were fabricated. Real PostgreSQL tests covered free whitelist independence, revoked membership/email, follow/refollow cutoff, future publication, rebuild and concurrency. Publication-to-real-MailService smoke received SendGrid sandbox200 with zero delivered emails; inbox delivery is not claimed. Live taxonomy returned all8options and AI/Crypto/Web2/OR filtering succeeded; invalid web2 API value rejected400 (canonical tech). Admin and public homepage browser interactions exercised. Screenshot relay capture timed out, so no screenshot-proof claim.
