Filtered and pillar feeds need open jobs from all imports. Return all matching job titles and a null import run ID in the existing complete feed, while preserving its five full cards for existing callers. This lets the frontend retain the company stacks without discarding older open jobs or inventing a new-discovery count.
Validation: the corrected query returned all 137 fully remote jobs at 61 companies against production data using a read-only connection in 279 ms. TypeScript and lint pass. Added a database regression proving older open jobs remain in complete stacks without import-discovery records.
