Filter editor moveUp and moveDown not working

Environment

Jmix version: 3.0.0

Bug Description

GroupFilterConditionDetailView conditionsTreeDataGrid.moveUp and conditionsTreeDataGrid.moveDown not working

Steps To Reproduce

1. New jmix application
2. As admin go to users list view, try to create filter configuration

3. Add several Conditions

4. Try to move Condition

Current Behavior

Condition is not moving

Expected Behavior

Condition changed postion
