CRM AI can't analyze content inside attachments

Readme says that CRM AI should be able to read and analyze contents in the attachments:

Upload files to the conversation and let the assistant analyze supported documents and images

I tried attaching some CSV and XLSX files to the CRM AI chat, but it couldn't read their contents.

Works for .csv and .txt only.
For .doc, .docx, .xlsx, and PDF, it says the content can’t be read.
